Everything was great from beginning to end, except one little hiccup on the appointment to measure, and was quickly addressed. I believe that is what made this such a wonderful experience. All things are great when things go smoothly. When there is an issue that is the big tell how they deal with it. It was handled so quickly and politely. Everyone I have delt with has been professional , and proactive. The installers were very efficient and laughed at all my jokes. The windows and all their features were shown to me (I know I was like I can open a window) These are not your everyday window The have locks to let the window open just a bit so you can have to window open and little and no one can take the screen out and get in, (I know right crazy) I have seen windows that tilt in for cleaning just not both the top and bottom open for cleaning , woo hoo fancy.
