Absolutely seamless! I met with both the owners, Mark Sr. and then Mark Jr. They were the most honorable and trustworthy gentlemen I spoke with during my research for new windows. I had over 8 companies come out and give me prices. EcoView has the best product by far. They are all very similar but it is the little things that make the difference. I had been scoping out companies for over 6 months getting prices and then checking out some of the insulations that those companies did. There is a tremendous amount of difference in quality and even more important installation. One can have great quality but if it is not installed correctly what good is it? My understanding is that Ecoview has quality installers. I had Riley and Jay, who both took their time and worked together and barely stopped till they were done. I had to keep telling them to drink water because it was hot and I did not want them to get dehydrated. Riley and Jay did an impeccable job. Their calking was immaculate and I am a very particular person. The two of them worked as a team and when they left not one tiny piece of trash or glass was left behind. They were both very careful when removing the old windows and protected my gardens outside and my floors, walls and furniture inside. The windows have made an improvement in my utility bills and in the solitude of my home. I sit at my desk and I could hear the garbage truck when it turned on my street (I am a half mile from corner) and now I look up and see the men picking up my cans without even knowing the truck was on my block.
