In the entire Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex this company has got to be at the top of the charts within their industry. Judged by any performance metrics you wish you look at, these guys/gals are surely elite....initial impression right through the job completion and follow-up. Carl, sales rep., got us started off on the right foot and then stuck with us through completion even fielding questions/information for us that crossed traditional departmental lines. Kevin and his team (Tommy and Carlos) replaced and installed 40 NT windows in our home and were professional in everyway....starting with promptness through to the clean-up. Was watching their work closely and was totally satisfied with the care and thoroughness with each window removal and installation . Any question/concern I had during the installation process Kevin was an open book. Not only does he have 25 yrs. of experience in this business, he was gladly willing to share his knowledge with me. Also I received phone calls and e-mails from the office during the process to update me on the next step....very refreshing ! This company understands the importance of effective communication. It's been 2 weeks now since the installation and we are very happy we chose this product and mostly importantly this company. I don't know the owner of this company, but I would tell him/her your business model is working....wishing you continued success!!
